Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Secure the Glassware
Carefully repackage the items in their original Duralex packaging with sufficient protective padding to ensure they arrive at our facility without damage.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you obtain a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned glassware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
